SWATCH

Is an entirely new approach to waste destruction that does not require any fuel, electricity, and furnace for destruction, no high-temperature boilers for burning. Its use is a unique Technology;

SWATCH

wherein the maximum operating temperature inside the system would be less than 400° C. The process involves a magnetic flux created with the controlled oxygen presence, which ensures the complete combustion of waste. The system begins with an Oxidative destruction process which disconnects the intermolecular bonds of the Municipal solid waste material, decomposing them into ash, (complete combustion).

"The air emissions are well below the MOEF & CPCB norms and have been tested and confirmed for complying with CPCB incinerator emission standards. During the pyrolysis process, there is no odor issue."

The SWATCH machine can be used for the destruction of any combustible material except inert ex. metal and glass. The municipal solid waste up to 35% to 40% moisture content can be easily handled for destruction in this machine. The cycle time for operation ranges from 5 to 8 hours depending on the moisture content. This machine can be installed for every 800 to 1000 houses, thereby making a decentralized operation. This technology can be a good support for self-help groups who can convert a revenue model. The ash generated has got ceramic properties, which can be used in ceramic and can very well be safely landfilled as it does not contain any hazardous substances.

At present the municipal solid waste contains 60% of inter, wherein if the source segregation is done, it will yield huge revenue savings as against the current payment for collection transport and disposal is on a tonnage basis. Hence the segregation at source will mitigate the recurring operating cost.

We provide a complete solution of Supply, installation, commissioning, operation, and Maintenance of the SWATCH plant for a period of one year and undertake to train the SHG to run the machines with technical maintenance backup from our company.
